Payment Options

Click on the items you wish to buy, you will then be directed to Paypal's server where you can make a secure payment to us for your purchase.
You will receive a receipt via e-mail confirming your order and payment to Gemilo.

Debit/Credit card
Please note: PayPal no longer require you to have an account with them to use their facilities, you can now use them like any other secure payment gateway, using any of the major credit or debit cards.
Please contact the sales team at if you wish to make payment by an alternative method.

Shipping and Tracking
All orders will be processed within 5 working days of receiving your order, subject to availability of goods being in stock and validation of your payment. If there are any delays in this you will be notified within this time.
Items will be dispatched in a gift bag and padded envelope.

Postage Costs
: 5.00 per order, sent by Royal Mail signed delivery

Gemilo will not be held liable for any loss or damage to your goods in the post.

Customer Satisfaction
When choosing your jewellery, please take note of the measurements given with the description of each piece. If you require a different size, please contact us with your request, before placing your order.
Please e-mail or telephone us within 7 days of receipt if you are unhappy with your purchase and we will arrange an exchange or refund. The items must be returned unworn, in perfect condition, in the original packaging.
This excludes custom orders made to your specifications. Please note that pierced earrings also cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty.
